Made-to-order apparel

Each shirt is printed especially for your order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly. Please review the product details and size guide before ordering. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email carbidesandcampfires@gmail.com as soon as possible and within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and affected area. We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed fulfillment errors.

Please contact us before sending anything back. We will provide instructions if a return is needed.

Missing packages

If an order has not arrived, contact us promptly and within 30 days of its estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Because production may begin quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will confirm it by email and issue it to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.
